Rough Cut 2

Here's my second rough cut for Neurosis. I'm much happier with this cut as I feel it just works better and thanks to the second shoot, all the glaringly obvious continuity mistakes have been fixed and I've been able to add scenes from news broadcasts into the latter half of my piece to show all the disturbing images in Kieran's character's mind.

    This is a bit better. A few thoughts:

    I think your initial "Lionsgate"/ "Blumhouse" cards are edited too quickly. Also, it should be "A Blumhouse productions film" (you should have the word "Film" in the same font as the "A", justified so the "m" is below the "s" of "Productions")

    I would cut back to a CU of the "Laura Greenley" credit after the ECU of the photo, to emphasise the actress name

    Similarly, it would be useful to jump to a slightly closer image of Becca in the photo (possibly you could just shoot the photo in an ECU and cut this in using the same echo technique used elsewhere?)

    Not sure about the blackouts before he puts down the photo of Becca

    You need a ECU of Abi since Laura is also in that photo - a jump to an ECU cropping Laura out of the picture would help

    Similaly for Chloe, since the photo itself is comparatively small. The effect you use for Elleah's photo should be done for the previous two, and for the subsequent one of Jess and Ben
